Wir mussten selbst kurz ungläubig die Nüstern blähen, als wir feststellten, dass wir vor ziemlich genau 15 Jahren im Sommer 2010 unsere erste Veranstaltung im Hochbunker Ehrenfeld auf die Vorder- und Hinterbeine gestellt haben.
Im Laufe der Jahre folgten Parties in Locations wie Schrebergarten, Heinz Gaul, Gewölbe, Odonien, Jackwho, Kater Blau Berlin, Mensch Meier Berlin, Ritter Butzke Berlin, Prinzenbar Hamburg, Uebel & Gefährlich Hamburg, Südpol Hamburg, Bahnwärter Thiel München, Waldschänke Dornheim Würzburg, Insel der Jugend Magdeburg, Conny Kramer Münster, Club Charlotte Münster, So&So Leipzig, Elipamanoke Leipzig, N8lounge Bonn. Fridas Pier Stuttgart oder Ursprung Fi in Köln.
Zu unseren Veranstaltungen gesellte sich im Jahr 2012 das gleichnamige Label im Vertrieb von kompakt mit inzwischen 70 feinen Veröffentlichungen von EPs, LPs und Compilations.
2015 und 2016 konnten wir nicht anders und haben mit Freunden das temporäre Clubprojekt Jackwho betrieben. Seitdem wissen wir, dass wir keine Clubbesitzer mehr sein müssen! Einmalig schön war es trotzdem und die Erfahrung möchten wir definitiv nicht missen. Haben wir irgend etwas vergessen? Mit Sicherheit! Ist das schlimm? Mit Sicherheit nicht!
Es gibt also zahllose Gründe, um am 05.09. mit vielen alten und neuen WegbegleiterInnen einen tierischen Geburtstag zu zelebrieren! Zur Feier des Tages haben wir ein schickes und dickes Lineup zusammen gestellt und wir freuen uns jetzt schon – ja genau – „tierisch“ auf die Nacht mit euch. Details zu den Artists folgen in Kürze. Von Techno über House bis Cosmic Disco wird alles dabei sein – so viel sei verraten.

Odonien soll ein Ort sein, an dem gelebte Solidarität an erster Stelle steht. Wir laden alle Menschen ein, eine gute Zeit miteinander zu verbringen. Jegliche Form von Diskriminierung soll hier keinen Platz finden. Gemeinsam wollen wir einen Raum schaffen, in dem sich alle akzeptiert und respektiert fühlen.

Iñigo Vontier – Zongato EP

Mexican enfant extraordinaire Iñigo Vontier is rolling in with his debut EP for Feines Tier and it’s a match made in heaven. Just judging on the name alone, as he seems to be from some kind of royal Tier family descent. But enough with the mind-numbingly bad puns and on to some brain-meltingly good music.
Rolling. Everything’s rolling. Zongato is rolling. We don’t know who or what a Zongato is (a Google search just led to a Twitch streamer with that name and 0 followers), but they are definitely rolling. It’s got this special combination of straight and uncompromising beat and bass paired with psychedelic synth sirens floating around your head that somehow only the Mexicans really know how to nail.
Astrolo is rolling. Like a well-oiled machine. Well, maybe like a not so well-oiled machine, one that’s shrieking and creaking, but has been running since forever and reliably will do so until we’re all gone from this Earth.
If you ask Google Translate, Mucha Onda means „very cool“ in English, „molto bello“ in Italian or „valde frigidus“ in Latin and there is nothing more to add to that.
The psychedelics are back (were they ever gone?) and kick in in full swing on Hedonist Lizard. A dangerous cocktail of high-proof alcoholic drum and bass patterns paired with some sugary spicy herbals of unknown origin, better not down it in one go. You were warned.
On The Sounds Are Good, the sounds are good indeed! And rolling.

Feines Tier Zoo Vol.4

In good old label tradition, Feines Tier presents the new Zoo Compilation Volume 4. You can keep the first half of tracks 1-11 in mind as The Deep Tracks and from 12-21 as The Action Tracks. These were our internal working titles anyway. In the end, it’s a big compilation with 21 artists that we don’t want to pigeonhole, because it’s a big zoo!
